For our friends from Canada, we’ve found that the easiest way to service your MBT’s is the following:
1. box your shoes,
2. enclose $90 USD,
3. and send them to us via Canada Post.
Just box your MBT's and take them to the nearest Post where you can select the type of service you want. Make sure you write "No Commercial Value" in The Value Block, and also Write "Used Shoes for Repair" in The Main Block. Hand them to the clerk, and we'll send them back the same way.
We will resole them, install new sensors, fix minor stitching, and refurbish the uppers, (insoles are available if you choose) We will send them back US Mail Ground Service. If you send them Priority, and would like them returned the same way, there may be additional charges to cover the extra postage.
